We start on the outside of the home and evaluate the land, roof structure, wall coverings, foundation and many other systems and components located outside.

We then move to the inside of the home where we start in the basement and work our way up to the attic. We check the foundation along with the operation and condition of major systems of the home. These systems include the heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical. We then move through the home and inspect electrical recepticals, light fixtures, wall structures and insulation, including the attic.

Our evaluation is then communicated through a highly detailed report. Viking Home Inspections utilizes a state of the art photographic reporting system by3D Home Inspection.
The reporting sytem offers you the option of having two different reports. You will always receive a detailed PDF version of rhe report on the day of the inspection. You will also receive a binded hard copy of your inspection within several days.
